Report to Associate Director - Administration with full accountabilities for the following areas:
Drive performance of whole gamut of services under Administration department like, Technical, Soft Service departments like House Keeping, Food and Beverages, Security, Guest Relations & Event Management, Capacity Planning, Transport and Commercials.
Represent CBRE team and drive performance as per the SLA for different sub towers like HSE, Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Soft Service executing important tasks relating to service delivery of varying from Training, Motivating, Monitoring, Knowledge Transfer, Automations.
Escalation Management: Handling escalation for associate/project queries, issues, dissatisfaction.
Transition Management – Preparing road map / timelines for newly won facility, work on road map with OEM, Vendor partners, internal staff by organizing meeting, knowledge transfer, preparing SOPs/ framing polcies and implementing at site. (includes working with logistics team for de-bonding / approval for scrap in case of imported goods, movement of scrap / waste management in-case of refurbishment projects).
Budgeting and Financials – Preparing Pan India budget for CBRE for all 49 sites in respect of yearly consumption, trend of usage of the items used in office, including stationaries, bubble top, tea coffee beverages, paper cups, printing papers etc. AMC Management \ LOI and PO management
Create budgets for quotations and develop proposals in response to request-for-proposals (RFP)
Process Refinement – Finding new scope and taking service delivery to the next level and strive for excellence.
Crisis Management – Planning and carry out to carry out BAU during bandhs, strikes, transport halts, storms.
Plan and execute different projects for Admin – Facility like 5S, OSHAS Implementation, EHS activities, Innovation.

Successfully introduced new model for Admin Delivery Desks where Facility Helpdesk were removed and Admin store was revamped in 5S model for better utilization of resources and stationaries management by tools of Bin cards, Consumption Trends, Re-order levels, multiple vendors and time block for distribution.
Successfully introduced new model of Centralized Helpdesk for Kolkata and Gurgaon where in we could save manpower cost of 5 manpower and increase in business hours efficiently, introduced 24/7 model in place of old model of 9-6 model for weekdays.
Successfully introduced new model for Board Operation and Console Management and have gained success in cost saving and charging back to the projects, automation via app generation for smooth functioning.
Successfully introduced process of Innovation generation with motivation, training, tracking, dashboard and etc. for innovation cultural change.
Successfully introduced new Job trackers for minimizing time for implementation of job and was able to cut down time spillage to almost 50% with tools like tracker, reminders, road maps etc.
Introduced new dashboard on mail body (MS Outlook) to represent data for smooth functioning to create associate connect and confidence building currently touching 2 lakh users
Successfully carried transition of various portals for automation e.g. India Hospitality, Global Service Desk, Admin Services, Meeting concierge by taking training from the Technical support team and proving Knowledge transfer to the Operation teams located in different facilities.
