• Responsible for the effective management of employees including policy and procedure interpretation, mentoring, training, growth & development.
• Responsible for tracking and presenting Quality Metrics. Prepares and presents data, results and other quality related information to the executive management team and drives improvements to the Quality Metrics.
• Addresses customer complaints, and leads investigations into root cause analysis, containment, identifies/implements the appropriate corrective action/preventative action (CAPA), effectiveness checks and providing follow up communication and problem resolution to customers. Addresses deviations with the customers.
• Directs, manages and maintains product release reviews and all pertinent records, including Batch production records and multiple Laboratory Certificates of Analysis to confirm accuracy and provide guidance to quality technicians to determine acceptability of product for release.
• Partner with all departments in the organization to ensure all collected documentation is accurate and acceptable and ensure all errors are addressed and correct for release of product to the market. Prioritize releases.

• Develops and fosters a strong working relationship with the USDA.

• Prevents HACCP, SSOP and process or product failures by working to drive continuous improvement
of product quality through developing food safety and quality plans, process controls with attention to
