Production and Inventory Control Manager June 2000 – June 2006

Led a team of 20 professionals including one master scheduler, production planners, supervisors, and customer service reps. The site had a total of 450K SF of manufacturing operations and office space.

Managed demand and capacity planning, scheduling, and forecasting of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), Junction Blocks, metal stamped and injection molded parts for Toyota, Chrysler, GM, Fiat, Jaguar, Nissan, and Ford.

Maintained MPS and MRP parameters in ERP system (J.D. Edwards, greater than 99% accuracy).

Played a key role in implementing a Toyota-based New Yazaki System (NYS) for Lean manufacturing; achieved a 68.7% improvement in overall financial performance.

October 1994 – June 2000 New Sabina Industries Sabina, Ohio

New Sabina is a manufacturer of automobile instrument clusters and heads-up displays. Parent is Nippon Seiki.

Production Control Manager

Performed forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling of instrument clusters to produce 300K Honda Civic and Accord, Jeep Cherokee, and Subaru Legacy vehicles per year.
