Reporting to the Design/ Project engineering manager and supporting the production engineering department, My position holds responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating optimal, cost-effective projects and technologies for check fixture products which are used in automotive, Medical and industrial applications. In addition to providing technical support and service to these areas, the incumbent may also perform the following functions: supervising, requisitioning, defining, initiating, specifying, documenting, and training. working with the initial evaluation of the product, prototyping, Quality testing, and then the release of the fixture to the build team.
Responsibilities:
Worked independently with minimal supervision to conduct smaller approved projects. Expected to make suggestion on improvements based on recent technical knowledge and actively participating in the design development cycle.
Concept design, 3D-Finishing & 2-D part layout of the check fixtures for the automotive industrial parts.
Create part drawing & detail assembly drawing for the check fixtures.
(EC changes) Engineering changes implementation by ensuring data and system’s capability testing from sales, Design, Quality Inspection & final shipment.
