Onsite launch support and use of problems solving techniques such as 5D,8D to develop solutions to Electrical systems related issues.
Extensive use of diagnostics tools such as CANalyzer, Pico scope, DET and Ford Diagnostic Engineering tool to perform Network communication validation and troubleshooting.
Perform competitive analyses and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies in the automotive field team to meet FTT Targets
