Summary-Function as primary client liaison and team leader for assigned programs and events. Managed the overall coordination and execution of an entire program/event from an operational perspective. Responsible for coordination of all planning from presale stage to final billing, while providing unparalleled levels of customer service. Responsible for all types of meetings with attendance ranges of 25 - 1400.

● Work with client to finalize all logistics; attendee and rooming list management, air travel, ground transportation, food & beverage, meal guarantees, meeting space, room set, audio/visual, production, off-site events, activities and special needs, and final bill reconciliation.

● Fully understand the contract and addendum process and plan according to the contracted rooms and space and contracted terms and conditions.

Resort Manager (October 2016 - April 2017)/Event Manager (April 2016 - October 2016) Summary-Function as Resort Manager for 13,000-acre property. This was a brand new resort that opened in November 2015. Directly responsible for the operations of the Front Office, Guest Services, Bell Staff, Valet Parking, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, Recreation, Retail and the Spa. Since the resort was a newly opened property I set standard operating procedures in every department I was responsible for.
