Patient Safety and Quality Outcomes: Reduction of C-difficile by 54% system-wide within 3 months which received ODH recognition for rapid and sustained improvement. CAUTI/ CLABSI reduction system-wide of 40% with development and implementation of CAUTI/ CLABSI bundle education completed by over 3,000 clinical colleagues and added to annual education.
