Innovative Education/Learning: Utilized competency based assessment tool to better understand and define knowledge needs of nurses throughout the health system. Based data and deficits noted from those assessments, developed and initiated educational plan over a 12 month time span, providing education to over 2,000 nurses. Post-test data showed a 16% improvement in test scores system-wide with the highest improvement per single campus at nearly 22%.

Patient Safety and Quality Outcomes: Reduction of C-difficile by 54% system-wide within 3 months which received ODH recognition for rapid and sustained improvement. CAUTI/ CLABSI reduction system-wide of 40% with development and implementation of CAUTI/ CLABSI bundle education completed by over 3,000 clinical colleagues and added to annual education.
