• Analyze continuously all the Electronic Positions performance (1800 positions in 3 locations), delivering recommendations to the COO to improve their profitability.

• Negotiate with suppliers and perform games selection, defining their best configuration based on their characteristics and the area where they are going to be placed.

• Conduct revenue projections and analyses of possible scenarios at the time of Slots acquisitions.

• Prepare the BU’s Annual Revenue Budget and define the daily distribution and seasonality based on trends and upcoming events.

• Collaborate with the strategic definitions for the BU’s (Electronic Positions, Bingo, F&B and Parking) such as pricing, service level, marketing, capacity, etc.).

• Contributed with the Customer Loyalty Program implementation and currently collaborating with Marketing in ad-hoc analyses, penetration forecasts, customers clustering and ongoing changes to the plan.

Chaired the implementation of a Business Intelligence Software (Qlikview), which centralizes all the transactional data of different BU’s.

Redesigned the repair process and the spare parts inventory management, which was then implemented with new in-house developed software with QR codes that reduced total machine downtime by 20 percent.
