CAREER PROFILE (EXPERIENCE- 10 YEARS):

Working as a Engineer in Mechanical Department since December 2009 to till date at Ultra tech cement ltd ( Bagheri cement works)with 2.2 MTPA Cement Production.

Maihar Cement (Prop.Century Textiles and Industries Ltd.),Miahar Distt.-Satna (M.P.) from July 2008 toJune 2009.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT:

Actively participated in Erection,alignement & commissioning of Grinding plant with KHD Humbolt,WEDAG (Type- RP-Z 20-170/180) supplied High pressure Roll Press and Cement Mill.

Participated in Erection& commissioning of 300 tph Blender with 200 tph Flyash Seperator supplied by LNVT Ltd.

Apron Feeder,Drag chain conveyor & Deep Pan conveyors erection & commissioning.

Sucessfully Erection & commissioned 18Mkcal Heat Generated Fludised Bed Combustor type Hot Air Generator.

Rotary Kiln shell and Girth gear Erection and alighment with Phillips Kiln services enginners at Maihar Cement (Prop.Century Textiles and Industries Ltd.) Maihar Distt.Satna (M.P.)

Modification of Pre-heater cyclone&Riser duct.

Modification of cooler section.

Coal conveyer & Screw conveyer erection& alignement works.

Febrication and erection of Heavy beams for strengthening of Pre-heater columns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

PLANT UNDER OPERATION &MANTINANCE WORKS FOR DRIVES :

1. Cement mill & Woerner supplied Oil lubrication unit.

2. Roll Press,SKS saparator,V-saparator & Elevators.

3. Belt conveyor &Deep Pan conveyor.

4. Apron feeders and solid flow feeders.

5. Bag house,Bag filters &Root blowers.

6. Machines vibration checking and log sheet perpairing.

7. Mantinance or shift works progress repot sheet prepairing.

8. Before Mantinance making the machines shut down work permit and forwarding to electrical deptt to feeder off the machine or Drives.

Involved in Root cause analysis of Plant Problems and rectification with the help of team.

Involved in weekly Mantinance planning meetings.

Troubleshooting of Roll Press, SKS Type Seperator and Flyash Seperator.

Involved in safety circle meetings.

TRAINING EXPERIENCE :.

Plant training from Maihar Cement (Prop.Century Textiles and Industries Ltd.),Maihar Distt.Satna(M.P.) with 6000 tpd.Operation of Vertical Roller Mill supplied by Losche with 270 tph. Capacity.

Field Problems experienced and orientation in VRM and Kiln Section.

ACEDEMIC QUALIFICATION:

1. 10TH Passed from M.P. Board Bhopal with 65.73% .
