US Marine Corps (Supply Enlisted Ranks - Private to Gunnery Sergeant) 1971-1985

- 1971 to 1975 (Private to Corporal) Mechanized Supply Marine: responsible for the processing and status monitoring of all supply requisitions, for all Marine Corps subordinate units within the 2d Marine Division, Camp LeJeune, NC., through the SASSY Management Unit.

- 1975 to 1977 (Corporal to Sergeant) Mechanized Supply Noncommissioned Officer: responsible for overseeing the procedures, accountability and issuing/turn in of individual Marine Corps Property items issued to 3rd Marine Aircraft Marines assigned to the Marine Corps Air Station (Helicopter), Tustin, CA.

- 1977 to 1978 (Sergeant to Staff Sergeant) Battalion Supply Chief: responsible for the supervision of all supply activities for the Marine Corps Second Battalion, 12th Marine Artillery Battalion, Okinawa, Japan.

- 1987 to 1989 (Chief Warrant Officer-2 to First Lieutenant) Logistics Officer assigned to a Combat Service Support Detachments, responsible for the forming, deployment and retrograde/redeployment of elements of the III Marine Expeditionary Force, from Okinawa, Japan to the Republic of South Korea.

- 1989 to 1990 (First Lieutenant) - Assistant Logistics Movement Control Center Officer: responsible for overseeing the movement and heavy equipment support of all Marines and their equipment, attached to the III Marine Expeditionary Force, located on the island of Okinawa, Japan.

- 1990 to 1993 (First Lieutenant to Captain) - assigned as the Assistant Maritime Prepositioning Force Officer for Maritime Prepositioning Ships Squadron Three

(MPSRON-3), supporting the 9th Marine Expeditionary Force/III Marine Expeditionary Force, Okinawa, Japan. Responsibilities included the offload/backload, issue and control of all Marine Corps equipment and property loaded aboard the four Maritime Sealift Command ships assigned to MPSRON-3.

- 1993 to 1996 (RETIREMENT) (Captain) - assigned as the Marine Corps Inspector- Instructor, Lathrop, CA; responsible for overseeing an active duty team of 10 Marines/01 Navy Sailor whose primary mission was to train and maintain the readiness of a Marine Corps Reserve Landing Support Company. Other duties consisted of, but not limited to, funeral honor guards, Toys for Tots, and community support as needed. POLICE OFFICER/FIELD TRAINING OFFICER, MODESTO (CA) POLICE DEPARTMENT 1996-2005 (RETIRED)

Provided law enforcement support in the form of patrol and investigation for the citizens of Modesto, CA.

Assigned as a Field Training Officer, responsible for the training of newly assigned police Officer trainees to the department.
