ACHIEVEMENTS

INTERIM MAINTENANCE EXECUTION MANAGER (Paulsboro Refinery, New Jersey)

- April 2014 to November 2014:

In this role, I was responsible for managing a total of 67 full time maintenance employees, and roughly 130 contractors. I was accountable for a monthly maintenance budget of $1.9M through cost control of daily work. Also, coordinate engineering troubleshooting of process plant equipment issues and facilitate timely resolutions of problems and repairs. I was responsible for holding maintenance department personnel accountable to set expectations and assist maintenance supervisors on personnel issue when needed.

OPERATION LOTO EXECUTION LEADER

-February 2011 to April 2011:

I was responsible for maintaining and enforcing the integrity of equipment LOTO during 2011 Paulsboro refinery $37M, FCC/ALKY turnaround activities. I successfully led a six man team responsible for isolating and verifying zero energy on all equipment prior to issuing work permit or CSE permit. Under my leadership we were able to achieve zero major incidents by working effectively.

OPERATION REPRESENTATIVE PRC BELCO UNIT SULFATE REMOVAL SYSTEM INSTALLATION

-2009

I served as operations departments' representative during initial construction of the flue gas system (BELCO) sulfate removal skid pilot scheme construction and implementation. The project has been commissioned and has been very successful in removing the solid sulfate from the sulfite solution in the buffer mixtures for SO2 removal.
