Adobe forms Project

O.C. Tanner is currently using StreamServe for form printing and emailing options which is outdated, and no support is provided from past 9 years. So, the company has decided to convert all the stream serve forms to Adobe forms.

Analyzed existing StreamServe development code and form generation, developed technical specifications.

Developed forms for manufacturing paperwork, invoices, credit, debit memo, intercompany invoice, invoice list, PO form.

Worked on different page layouts, added barcodes, IMB barcodes, nested tables, printing dynamic images from 3rd party site, highlighting specific text on the form, graphics.

Extensively used scripting languages JavaScript and FormCalc for validation, text highlighting, increasing font dynamically, placing the footer in the first and last page.

Worked on Emailing and Archiving of Adobe forms.

SAP Extractors and BODS jobs:

This project is to provide SAP master and transaction data to 3rd party Datawarehouse system

Worked on development of function module based generic extractors to fetch custom data and send it to the 3rd party Datawarehouse system.

OData:

Duracell, Chicago, IL April 2017 – Feb 2018

Project name: Kopernik

This project is to re-design its supply chain needs, after Duracell has become independent company. It is aimed at improvising packing and distributing batteries in a more effective way. After Duracell manufactures the batteries, it will be sending these batteries to Sonoco, which packs this and send back to Duracell. Sonoco also has the facility to sell the batteries from its premises to the customer and sending the details to Duracell.

Responsibilities:

Worked on SHPMNT05 IDoc extension based on customer requirements, so that it will be used to automate the STO creation, OBD, pick, pack and PGI processes.

Worked on Inbound IDoc (DELVRY05) and customized SPED output type to create inbound delivery before PGI as per the customer requirements.

Worked on configuration and development of ACH CTX file format to add 7th addenda records for JP Morgan Chase bank as part of AP invoice payments.

The objective of this request is to develop a program that will accept a file of employee reward redemptions and upload the grossed up taxable benefit amount to the employee's record in payroll.

Jet form is a key business application; but it is at an old release level without maintenance. The major issue with jet forms is whenever there is an upgrade the forms stopped working properly, it uses to have printing problems and some printers at different plants never supported these forms. So, LII has moved to Smart forms and HRP would like to do the same. This will provide consistency and maintenance support of the forms.

Forms Include: Invoices, Order confirmations, Production orders, Customer statements, Warranty certificates, Pick tickets, Pack list and Advanced Ship Note (ASN) etc.

Project name: APO Deployment and Flow through

The primary objective of this project is to upgrade Lennox’s existing SAP SCM 5.0 system to version SCM 7.0 without any loss of current functionality and new approaches to existing functionality that would better leverage the standard capabilities of 7.0. Further, the upgrade must be undertaken in such a way that the project does not disrupt Lennox’s ability to support the existing 5.0 productive environment.
