1. Vendor Management related to Tax Compliances

2. Preparation and filing RBI returns of Foreign Assets and Foreign Liabilities. 3. Verification and Tracking Vendor Agreements and Statement of Works. 4. Preparation of Monthly and Annual Capex report of the Company and filing with SEZ authorities.

5. Lead Asset Management functionalities, SEZ and Asset Management compliance and liaise with SEZ, Customs Offices and other Import/Export agencies and comply with related statutory filings.

6. Manage daily filings with SEZ and Asset Management transactions. Evaluate and control all assets movements, Support Asset Management application and repositories.

7. Develop continuous process improvements and enhance optimum utilization of assets practices. Logistical strategies for customs clearance and metrics thereof. 8. Drive asset management governance process and procedures and monitor all assets movements in retrospect to asset life cycle. Ensure to file Periodic Reports with SEZ and Customs;

9. Build effective models of Life cycle of assets and bring in best practices of Asset verifications

10. Monitor Procurement and invoice processing activities. 11. Company Secretarial Compliance.

12. Providing hands on support for setup & Operationalizing activities. 13. SEZ Compliances in coordination with E&Y team
