Erection responsibilities

oInstrument cable Laying & Termination on both instrument and panel sides

oLayout and Installation/fixing/dressing of multi-core and single pair cable.

oInstallation and layout of cable trays, conduits, instrument stanchion and supports.

oErection of various field instruments such as gauges, transmitters, limit switches & relays

oErection of control devices such as manual, pneumatic, solenoid & Motor operated Valves (MOV)

oLoop checks/Continuity Checks of Different types of Control Cables

oChecking of Insulation (IR) values by meggering on process and power cables

oQuality inspection of panels and different process instruments with standards

Calibration responsibilities

oCalibration of pressure measuring instruments such as pressure gauge, Differential Pressure Transmitters, HART enabled SMART DPT

oRange and response checking of temperature measuring instruments such as RTDs, Thermocouples, temperature gauges and switches

oCalibration of analytical instruments such as hydrogen analyzer, pH Transmitters

oPressure, Level & Flow transmitter calibration, wiring checks & response checks

oCalibration of control valves, pressure safety valves and control relays

oCalibration of process controllers for instruments such as handheld PID controllers

oHandling of handheld HART Field communicator for smart field instruments

Commissioning responsibilities

oTesting & Commissioning of various common and SMART Field Instruments

oPre-commissioning and functional test of process loop by Interpretation of loop drawing, Instrument cabling & terminations details, Hook-up drawing, P&ID drawings and cause and effect diagram.

oTesting and commissioning of process control valves and electronic process controllers

oResponse checking of sensors and electronic controllers

Maintenance responsibilities

oOver hauling all Pneumatic, analog & digital instruments.

oInspection, testing, calibration, maintenance and repair of process instrumentation and control equipment.

oWiring checks, functional checks & logic checks in Safety and Non-Safety systems

oField Diagnostics Check and Remote calibration by using HART 275,375 and 475 hand held Communicator, multi-calibrator, Loop Calibrator, pneumatic druck and hydraulic pump, multimeter and other make standard calibrator.

oExtensive troubleshooting and maintenance for Smart (HART) and Foundation Fieldbus (FF) type field devices of all process variable of various Manufacturer like, Foxboro, ABB, Emerson Rosemount, E&H, Yokogawa Etc.

oExecution of condition monitoring and preventative maintenance for Process control systems on both instrument and panel sides

oAnalyze and evaluate maintenance records to establish preventative maintenance schedules

oMaintenance of Calibration Certificates, Preliminary inspection of Instruments and Equipments along with QA.

Having Good Knowledge in plant safety rules and regulations.

Excellent Skills In Installation, Hook-Up, Calibration, Loop Checking And Fault Finding.

Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.

Schedules and makes timely repairs on each piece of equipment when it breaks down or is in need of preventive maintenance.

Maintain efficient records on operations and activities; coordinate and prepare a variety of reports.

Having good experience for handling various types of testing devices, calibrators and HART communicators.

Handling of Designing Maintaining and Installing of Fire detection System.

Maintenance and calibration of I/p and E/P convertors.

Testing and calibrating of RTD’s and Thermocouples by using Fluke.

Installation and calibration of pressure gauge.
