• Managing junior employees, writing portions of grant submissions, overseeing grant submissions to funding agencies including completion of grant applications, uploading individual grant documents, writing and editing portions of grant documents, obtaining documents from co-investigators at University of Pittsburgh and collaborating institutions to submit, tracking submission process through to funding, coordinating and submitting quarterly recruitment milestone reports, annual, and final progress reports summarizing progress for each grant, assisting in the establishment and practical aspects of newly-funded studies, instructing junior investigators in grant submission, liaising with human resources to hire post-doctoral associates, research specialists, and research associates, and hiring and supervising work study students. Assisting with performance evaluations of junior staff, hiring junior staff and assisting with hiring of postdoctoral associates, creating and maintaining lab Websites and fostering publicity for Mood and Brain lab and PI Dr. Phillips. • Liaised with human resources to hire and supervise junior Mood and Brain staff; recruited and hired post- doctoral associates, and hired and supervised work study students.

• Creating and maintained Mood and Brain Lab Websites and helped to generate publicity for Mood and Brain lab and PI Dr. Phillips.
