(a) Organization: ICMR-National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT), Chennai

(i) Project Title: Impact Evaluation of Antiretroviral Therapy (IE-ART) under NACO

Designation: Project Administrative Assistant (06/09/2018- 30/06/2020) (1 Year 9 Months)

(i) I have been started my work in this project to collect various patients records in different

fields like Kerala ART Centre and Bangalore ART Centre.

(ii) All the patient records to be entered and maintained in the master database.

(iii) To carryout project related administrative work like bill passing i.e. TA/DA claim,

Accounts maintenance, Purchase Proposal etc.,

(ii) Project Title: Protecting and Improving Public Health Globally: Building Laboratory,

Surveillance and workforce capacity to detect, respond to and prevent Drug

Resistant TB in India

Designation: Project Administrative Assistant (23/02/2017- 08/06/2018) (1 Year 3 Months)

(i) To carry out administrative work including indents processing and clearing the Bills and

additional duties pertaining to the project.

Daily Receipt Register, Cash Voucher Register, Vendor details are doing in that portal.

(ii) In that Purchase Inventory module - preparation of Purchase proposal, Tender

documentation, Foreign orders etc., in addition of work to be done in Procurement of

services, Disposal of materials (E-Auction) and Physical verification of items.

(c) Organization: CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI), Karaikudi

Project Title: Building an Electronic Knowledge Based on Effective Work Places

-ERP Implementation

Designation: Software Support Analyst (22/06/2011-30/09/2013) (2 Years 3 Months)

(i) Regarding, ERP Implementation to collect various kind of data, input into CSIR

Website (i.e. http://onecsir.res.in). Information collected from various departments like

Establishment Section, Stores & Purchase, Project Planning and Monitoring Group

(PPMG), Finance & Accounts Module, Technology Transfer & Business Module.

(ii) To maintain Employee Self Service (ESS) book such as Employee details,

Educational qualifications, History of service, Family details, LTC details, Leave account,

Verification of service, Foreign visit details, Property details, Awards and Fellowship and

Membership of professional bodies etc.,

(iii) In Project planning area there are various kind of different Five Year plans,

(iv) Likewise, Stores & Purchase area to input the Vendor details, Item Category, Item

Project Title: Engaging of manpower of Computerization of Dispensary

Records and Processing of data collection in Solar Station I & II.

(i) Hospitality Management software done in CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi through

implementation of AROGYA SOFTWARE.

(ii) Using this software to be maintained with an excellent track record, enhancing the

productivity of the hospital in manifolds. Maintains Record of Patients, Employees and

Dependent details, Retired person and their dependent details, Medicine Purchase, Medicine

Sale, Pathological & Diagnostic reports, and Allergy & Chronic Ailment Details etc.

Software used: Java and JSP Developer 2000, MS-Excel, Oracle 9i etc.

(iii) In between of these projects to be maintain and manage how much collection of units per

day and how much volts charging in the unit device to be checked in Bit-Rod software.
