• Perform observations on new hires and established employees; coach them in their current performance, and to assist them in achieving their required engineering standard numbers and their quality goals.

• Communicating to management the status of the employees training goals and needs.

• Cross training in multiple areas of the warehouse; Vault, Cage, Cooler, Shipping, Randoms, Full case, and Double-check.

• Equipment training including maintaining employee records and retraining when necessary.

• Safety and compliance training including recordkeeping of those files.

• Filling in for the leads in their absence; directing the employees to areas to complete the work needed for route completion.

• Educating new hires on workplace policies, procedures, attendance guidelines and expectations.

• Working with AS400 System to release customer orders for the warehouse.

• Using SAP to order office and warehouse supplies and keeping inventory of those supplies.

• Scheduling safety meetings to discuss safety related topics, accidents, and preventative measures; creating a safety newsletter quarterly to share this information with employees.

• Working with Engagement Committee to find activities to boost morale in the workplace.
