The 20+ applications in the Enterprise Systems go through 7 environments – Dev, ST, SIT, UAT, NFT, PRT, OAT before getting into Live environment. PRT, OAT and Live implementations are handled in multiple groups of applications going together by TIM. In PRT, back-out are performed and tested; In OAT, a rehearsal of the steps is done by the same resources who perform the Live implementation.
• Prepared the study material, setup of the guidelines and communication process.

• Interacted with customers, build-test and release team for clarification of requirements

Carbide.ui Theme Edition & Variant Edition

• Billing with call type (local, national or international), call failure reason (Busy, No answer, Routing failure) TeleVoting has single and multi-choice voting, prizing, routing and charging CallBack Service is the service in which a call is made back to the calling party of the IN, call is then connected to a destination number, given by the calling party. Created and implemented design, confirming its quality as an independent component and in simulated real time environment thorough integration testing

This is a front-end application. MMC has huge amount of raw data from different departments (like finance, sales, industry performance, profit, loss, employee strength…etc.). This is extracted and displayed in the form of charts. The raw data is input to the DB with predefined formatted excel sheets. Requirements gathering, High level & detailed designing and coding using JAXP APIs. I also performed PoC
(Proof of Concept) for JExcel usage.
