surfing, updating the DBMS of CLUBMAN SOFTWARE and Website etc.

4)Answer questions and address complaints, answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages, receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them, prepare short mail by drafting, securing parcels etc.

5)Thorough knowledge of the MS office tools (working with MS Word, Excel, PPT, Access), good exposure to the back office profile with work experience in the field of System operations.

6)Update the report formats as per the instructions from the higher management (President Sir, Secretary and Vice President, Directors, Chairman).

7)Updated the standard formulae and templates by monitoring the periodic modifications in the premises.
