Information and Statistics Director

• I am the head of the Market Data and Statistics division for The Mexican Stock Exchange.

• In recent years, I have implemented innovation projects and development of new products for real-time and end-of-day information delivery, a long with a consolidated Information feed, Analytics for quality of execution and reference data.

• Since 2018, I have implemented a marketing strategy named “Market Data Meetings” in order to enhance the relation and partnership with local customers and promote the services we offer.

• I lead the project to renew the distribution technology platform and reléase it into production in June 2017.

• Complementing The Mexican Stock Exchange commercial strategy, i concluded the launch of a Presence Point in New York, which provides real time market data for our international community since April 2017.

• I am responsible for the Indices at The Mexican Stock Exchange, we concluded the operational transition in an orderly manner and without affecting the market to S&P DJI in June 2017. I am a member of the Index Business Comittee forseeing the comercial strategy.

• For a period of one and a half years i was responsible for the Investor education Centre, ending my responsibilities in June 2016, during my administration we signed strategic alliances with universities expanding our coverage in several states of the country.

• I was also responsible for the social media and traditional promotion team, in addition to coordinating the contents that were published through our social media accounts, i implemented an initiative called “Thursday of Bolsa” focused on educating the retail investors.

Business Development and Marketing Vice president

• I was responsible for the redesign of The Mexican Stock Exchange website releasing the site into production in July 2015.

• I was responsible for the Exchange s social media strategy, contributing to the growth of the number of followers in Twitter, i managed the launch of the account in Facebook in January 2014 and released the institutional account on Linkedin in April 2015, additionally, i implemented a dynamic in real-time streaming to connect with our digital community, through our YouTube Channel.

• I developed business relationships with universities through out the country and participated actively in conferences promoting investment in the securities market among young and non-professionals investors, reaching more than 2,400 people.

• I also participated at conferences with wealth management advisors and bankers to promote the use of investment products in benefit of the final investor.

• I redesigned the Financial Markets Award in its 2014 edition, adding a new category for Fintech applications that will contribute to the promotion of financial and securities market research.

• I was responsible for the commercial strategy of the school increasing revenue by 9%.

• I developed the relationship between the Exchange and CONDUSEF to promote the financial and securities market culture through the national strategy called “National Financial Education Week”.

• I implemented, together with a Foundation, a series of workshops for children, teenagers and adults, completing the educational offered then by the Exchange.

• I developed business opportunities and strategic alliances with 5 educational institutions for the development of specialized courses in issues related to sustainability, risks and derivatives markets.

• I was responsible for maintaining business relationships with the global information vendors.

• I segmented the content of information products in real time, increasing revenues in a sustained manner for 5 years, growing our revenues from 5 to 10 Million Dollars.

• I promoted the Exchange s indexes among national and foreign participanmtes to create referenced products such as bonds, structured notes, warrants, ETFs, among others, creating new income for over 1 Million Dollars. •

• I developed and implemented the business continuity plan for the operational processes of my division
