Summary of Experience
Oversee the day to day execution of drilling operations. Report to Drilling Manager, and work closely with engineering staff to provide direction and leadership to well-site drilling operations, including setting the highest standards for personnel safety and the protection of the environment. Provide leadership that creates a positive team environment while driving for continuous performance improvement.
Supervise a group of experienced consultant drilling foremen and ensure that drilling contractors and service providers deliver top performance while adhering to industry best practices. Ensure well control prevention measures are followed and maintain the highest level of emergency preparedness.
Responsible for oversight of service providers supporting field operations including planning and conducting contractor safety meetings. Other responsibilities include ensuring full and accurate daily operational reports, enforcing contract terms, and ensuring invoices are properly authorized, coded, processed, and approved. Responsible for developing relationships with various local, state, and federal agencies.

Onsite Supervisor for BPX, H2OK, Novo…Permian/Delaware, Eagle Ford, Niobrara -Powder River, Anadarko -Stack/Scoop
Projects were for several operators looking for exceptional execution with minimal supervision. All projects completed well under AFE for days and costs. (Recent example: Novo O&G 2 - 2 well pads, each well was completed ~6 days faster and 1mm under budget)
H2OK projects included the Drilling, Completions, and Facilities builds for SWD’s in Oklahoma.
