I am a passionate chef who is dedicated to the art of cooking. It is the biggest focus in my life and is more then just a job; it is a way of life.

I have eight years of experience as a cook in both hotel banqueting and restaurant cooking. I started my journey at The Culinary Institute of Canada in PEI; which I graduated from in 2013.

I then moved to Alberta to grow my career. I gained experience working for large hotels such as The Delta Kananaskis and The Fairmount Banff Springs.

Moving home to Nova Scotia, I found employment at The Barrington SteakHouse; where I worked my up to Sou Chef Over 4 years. The Barrington SteakHouse was one of the most exciting periods of my life when it comes to food. The opportunity to work with local fresh ingredients and the attention to detail is something I will always cherish.

Covid-19 has changed the industry immensely and I am looking for new employment in this challenging times.
