Phased migration of Payment volume planning to ensure Zero downtime for the various multi-million-dollar programs on the platform.

Architected the payment design for a multi-geo e-Commerce solution. First of its kind implementation where the Payment Authorization and its Capture are executed from 2 different enterprise systems, with both systems being 100% PCI compliant.

Participated in strategic consulting and conducted an extensive fitment analysis of various 3rd party payment solutions.

Conducted UAT’s to ensure no leakages on the new platform.
