JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·Monitoring, controlling, fault finding, rectification, trouble shooting, installation and maintaining the complete BMS system.

·Monitoring and operating the Chillers Plant Management from tha (CMS) System

·Operating, Maintenance and Troubleshooting the both BMS System and CMS System.

·Maintain the documents of all low voltage system projects, operator daily monitoring log sheets, monthly billing for Electrical & BTU reports and submit to the management.

·Checking of all control points AI, DI, AO, and DO and operates via central PC through TCP/IP.

·Installation, configuration all types of sensors through the Controller VLC.

·Knowledge about Simplex Fire Control Penal.

·Operation and Maintenance of Secondary side Heat Exchangers, HVAC Systems, Primary Pumps and Secondary Pumps etc...

·Flow calculation and cooling capacity calculation for chilled water system, FCU, AHU and FAHU. Take all type of reports like Daily, Weekly and monthly for documentation.

·BTU meter’s temperature sensor replacement, new meter installation to AMR system.

·Maintain the documents of all low voltage system projects, operator daily monitoring log sheets, monthly billing for Electrical & BTU reports and submit to the management.

·Mandatory to promptly report all accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions or practices.

·Attend Safety Meetings and Toolbox talks to increase safety awareness. To develop a close working relationship with the client to ensure communication lines are open complete periodical reports on the progress of work for record purpose.

·Provide a high level of customer service to the client and site personnel.

·Coordinating with the other departments Civil, Mechanical & HVAC to complete the project to in time.

·•Access control system, west link system.

Nature of work in Maintenance

·Installation & Preventive Maintenance of Split A/C, Cassette A/C, Window A/C, Tower A/C, Portable A/C and Fan Coil Unit (FCU).

·Trouble shooting all type of A/C and Servicing also.

·Troubleshoot breakdowns and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems and components; utilize measuring and testing instruments.

·If any abnormality is observed then inform to Manager Security, Manager Facility as soon as possible. & also solve the problem.
