Human Resources – HR Coordinator, Ontario Tech University (contract) June 2019 – current

Maintain and restructure the HR website in Cascade CMS, by creating easy access to specific information and supplying content to out of date pages. Increased webpage traffic from 30% to 85%.

Develop and deliver training material for applications, such as Banner, Cornerstone and Silkroad (Application Tracking System).

Designed the landing page and developed the cornerstone application (performance management tool) to apply specifically to the university needs. This has improved the use of the tool.

The SME for machform which is used to create tracking for participants and facilitators in OD training sessions.
