Project objective is to allow Marketing team of Legoland, Motiongate, Bollywood Parks and Riverland to analyze different areas of data and potentially identifying opportunities for marketing campaigns, Operations team to analyze data about the activities in the Parks and monitor some KPIs in near real time, Sales and Finance to analyze sales force performance and revenues generated, access to an executive dashboard to monitor the business around different areas through synthetic financial and non-financial KPIs across relevant dimensions.
