Strategic oversight of Real Estate and lease management.

Reviews, revises, and oversees branch maintenance plans (custodial, landscape, and preventative maintenance) for optimal value and performance.

Conduct monthly site visits to ensure all properties and facilities are in compliance with environmental, legal, ADA, OSHA, and security regulations.

Complete facility reports to monitor consistency with company trade dress and branding compliance.

Build/Manage vendor relationships and obtain a minimum of 3 bids to determine best value for new projects.
