Project: Money Transferring System (Domestic and International).

TRACs: This Application keeps the record of Transection and all the procedures when beneficiary, any transit Bank or third party place a request. When a request is put on a Transection, then a case/investigation create in TRACs. TRACS keeps all the information and process the case to the right party until request has been resolved.

PEGA: PEGA System is the GUI based Transaction inquiry. There are multiples apps (Mainframe, Swift, Fed wire, GISMOS etc.) feed information to PEGA. As a testing team, I create test data (swift, Fed wire, FTS, LTR) through Mainframe MTS process. All data go through different Queue (GISMOS) to test their validity or condition. Once all the conditions process through, it come PEGA system. Investigation team or some Automation process create a case for the requested transaction. PEGA system routed the case in different team or department as needed for the investigation. The procedure continues until it resolves the case/request.

Project: Lenovo Cloud Deployment (LCD).

This project has two apps, an LCD Windows Application and LCD web application. Development Team build new images, received corrupted images from customers and rebuild that images then deployed it to the CLD, so customers can install new images or rebuilt one that submitted before to fix. Lenovo also use this window (LCD) to build new machines as customer requirements. Once customers setup their account with Lenovo, then LCD application can be installed into client’s machine. The Federal Reserve SRC department has the authority to supervise and regulates financial institutions and enforce the consumer protection laws and regulations. So, SRC has create few Portfolios according to the size, location and the nature of the institutions such as LFI (Large Financial Institution), RBO (Regional Banking Organization) and CBO (Community Banking Organization). For each portfolio, SRC create a SharePoint/.Net app for the bank examiners, calls ExamSpace. So, Examiners can submit all their findings, exam reports etc. to Federal Reserve System through those ExamSapec Applications. It was built in agile method and I was member of the Team who built the ExamSpace.

Because All Federal Bank has central network system so, it is very safe and secure for other banks (FRB) to use Philadelphia ALM server. TRES is one of the financial services websites that lets you (individuals not businesses) buy and redeem securities directly from the U.S. Department of the Treasury in paperless electronic form and people enjoy the flexibility of managing their savings portfolio online as they need and financial circumstances change - all the time knowing their money is backed by the full faith of the U.S. government. This site offer product information and research across the entire line of Treasury securities, from Series EE Savings Bonds to Treasury Notes. Through this app Treasury offers Treasury Bills, Notes, Bonds, Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS), and Series I and EE Savings Bonds in electronic form in one convenient account. There was a sub site where user can update/change their profiles which includes their attorney’s information, IRS information, beneficiaries, etc. I was lead automation Test engineer to automate all manual tests in strategically.

As Federal Reserve Bank maintain US Treasury’s Balance sheet by law, So TCIS application maintain keep tracks of all treasury check issued by all Government agencies (Social security, veteran, Medicare etc.) This Treasury Application also use for Claim incident when someone did not receive his/er Federal govt benefit checks. It also can claim by social security, veterans or any other agency when someone died but his/her benefit check still cashing. Once the investigation starts, officers use TCIS app to collect their finding and submit all information. So, the claimer can find the status of their case once they submit in TCIS. Also, final status of the case resides in TCIS Database. This Application was built on unified Pege Platform.

Project – DASH (Darden’s restaurants employee interacting operating system)

Business Systems Analyst

This DASH (Darden Application for Services and Hospitalities) project is use for Darden Inc, in all Darden restaurants operating system. All the employee in the restaurant use it to log-in, place customer’s orders, managements use it from all their order placement to employees’ reports, and information, means whole restaurant’s operations use this program. Employee also can log in on this system from a remote computer to find their schedules, or place a request to the managements regarding their schedules. This program has a lot of security level from corporate (Darden) big boss though servers (restaurant waiters/ waitress). Each employee has different access ability to do certain works therefore the testing case were enormously huge. We had almost 100 members for the whole project.
