M.Tech Thesis - Delay Estimation at signalized intersection using di erent Machine Learning Tools.

Abstract: Delay is one of the critical performance measure at signalized intersection.There are various methods to estimate the delay but these require lots of datasets and infrastructures.This project estimates delay by using available datasets and advanced tools. Models were generated based on predictor variables and response variable. Then the models were compared statistically to get best t model for the given datasets. Based on the model it has to predict which variable is feasible to be used as Predictor variable and the change which can improve the accuracy of the model.

Abstract: Soil stabilization has become a very important issue in the eld of civil engineering works,happening in and around City, due to the need of modi cation of local soil. It seems that properties of local soil may not be suitable for the strength and stability requirements of upcoming diverse structures to be con- structed under the ambit of smart city project, in coming future. Modi cation can produce improvement in strength as well as stability requirements.

Abstract: It develops a statistical acceptance procedure for the HMA used in pavement construction.New method of statistical approach helps to incorporate acceptance criteria with minimum data available unlike to old method.The new lot of HMA can be tted in system without changing the methodology.
