Currently Pursuing (16 Jan,2020- 15 Jan,2021) one-year apprenticeship in National Fertilizer Limited (A Government of India Undertaking), Naya Nangal, Punjab - 140126 on Various Plants Like Ammonia, Urea, SGP, Instrument Workshop.

Project Work- 1x20 MW GTG + 1x100 TPH HRSG

Having hand-on experience of the following jobs.

●Core command on field instruments and panel wiring (Like:- Control Valve,Transmitters, Sensors/Detectors, Gauges, Temperature Elements, Barriers, various types of Proximity & Switches, loop wiring,etc.)

Calibration of different instruments such as Pressure transmitter, Flow transmitter, temperature transmitter, level transmitter.

Calibration of gauges such as pressure & temperaturegauge.

Calibration of switches such as pressure, level & temperature switch.

Worked on temperature element such as RTD & Thermocouple.

Configuration of transmitter with HART.

Calibration of valve positioner like dvc200 and dvc6200.

Involved in installation, Start-up & Commissioning activities in powerplant.

Worked on loop calibrator, multimeter, multi-function calibrator, deadweight tester, digital pressure calibrator, temperaturebath.

Worked on different types of analysers such as pH, conductivity, silica, Flue gas,Oxygen analyser.

Having basic understanding of DCS (make: Yokogawa Centum VP) & PLC (Siemens S7 1200).
