● Designed internal structures and layout that can accommodate 6,000 workers and produce 40,000 pairs of footwear/day, in compliance with local and international building codes, including BNBC 2006, NFPA,OHSAS and national labor laws

● Collaborated with the CEO, architect, and construction firm in operationalizing the master plan, and with local authorities and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and ordinances; kept all stakeholders satisfied as per the priority matrix.
