ACTIVITIES
Before I started nursing school, I would volunteer a lot whenever I had the chance to. A center that I really enjoyed volunteering for was the LifeTown center that is currently located in New Albany, OH. The center helped children who had physical and developmental disabilities acquire life skills that would help them in their day to day lives. I enjoyed volunteering there, because I felt as though I was making a change in the life of someone, which is what I hope to do when I become a nurse in the future.
