Opening of files, capturing of data in Excel.

Sourcing of all relevant documentation, i.e.: commercial invoice/s, packing list, house and master air waybills, relevant permits/cities applicable, clearing instructions.

Liaising with various government agencies, i.e.: Pretoria State Vet, OR Tambo Nature Conservation and Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, in order to obtain relevant permits.

Binning, re-binning and labelling of stock in designate or new locations.

Weighing and measuring of packed containers to ascertain weight and volume.

Placing of orders from various central warehouses – Globally - as well as follow-ups on outstanding orders.

Running daily reports and presenting such to Management based on previous day’s performance.

Coordinating after hours support ensuring service delivery is met.

Hourly follow-ups on breakdown orders ensuring that monthly and annual targets are met.

Ensuring that Export orders are booked and collected by the Transporter.

Daily follow-ups with Central Warehouses Globally on urgent outstanding consignments.

Coordinating breakdown parts orders to ensure delivery to breakdown site timeously to ensure customer vehicle operation in the shortest time possible.

Implementing new Standard Operating Procedures to ensure maximum efficiency at all times.

Additional Responsibilities

Outbound administration – Capturing orders/re-bin forms and filing of documents.

Ensuring VOR (vehicle off-road) and dedicated delivery lead times are met.
