Support the development & maintenance of the Return to Service (RTS) compliance processes, plans, and programs for the PMO Refurbishment team. Foster, integrate and collaborate with stakeholders and vendor resources to meet OPG requirements on/with Completion Assurance documentation, Engineering Change Control (ECC) & Construction Completion Declaration (CCD) activities prior to declaring the Systems Available for Service (SAFS) pre Reactor Control Hold Point (RCHP) for initial start-up. Developed Change Management Plans & maintained Metrics for Action Requests (AR), Work Order (WO) Tasks, Comprehensive Work Plans (CWP) and Risk Management Oversight (RMO) open items.
