Responsibilities:
• Managing the administration and documentation of the recruitment process
o Advertising on Pnet. /Career Junction/LinkedIn
o Shortlisting
o Scheduling and conducting interviews
o Administer Technical Assessments
o Conduct background checks (MIEs & references etc.)
• Coordinate the on-boarding and off-boarding process (exit and stay interviews)
• Process all Time Sheets for hourly rated employees and temps
• Work Closely with Payroll to ensure accuracy before submitting documentation for processing for Temps & Permanent Staff
• Provide guidance and assistance on all employee benefits and payroll queries (Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Leave queries, Salary queries, Retirements, Resignations, dismissals etc.)—Facilitating end to end Benefits queries in conjunction with Payroll
• Plan and coordinate the re-location of internal staff when required
• Provide guidance and support on HC processes, policies, procedures and systems
• Train and guide HR Interns/graduates within the division
• Identify and mitigate HR risks across the division
• Coordinate and administer disciplinary and IR matters
• Coordinate, conduct and facilitate Position Management, Cost Centre Changes, Reporting Line Changes
• Coordinate and conduct maintenance and queries for existing employees (addendums to employment contracts, salary increments, internal transfers and other general ad-hoc queries)
• Provide support with Townhall and Performance Excellence sessions for business units
• Work closely with the in-house Talent team to source best candidates for internal vacancies across the business 04/2017 – 11/2017
Skills Development (Secondment) Momentum Metropolitan Responsibilities:
• Accurately record and maintain supporting documentation
• Review and maintain the completeness and accuracy of data submitted by business for the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
• Support and track the implementation of the WSP on a monthly basis to ensure the continued measurement and achievement of the plan
• Accurately capture information on templates and systems to ensure data is readily available and enables MM Skills Development practices.
• Ensure all documentation complies with the requirements of the Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act, INSETA, and other regulative bodies and legislation.
• Assist and support the implementation of Skills Development initiatives.
• Compile accurate portfolios of evidence for various skills development audits (WSP, INSETA, BBBEE, SARS,
