Responsible to prepare, organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs Plans, QCP, ITP, Method Statement as per the Company's Quality Policy, Objectives and Client Specifications and requirements of the Project.

Review rejected radiographic films prior to repair and coordinate with the welders for the exact defects location as well as the extent of repair to be done.

Ensure that all materials delivery is as per project specifications or as approved equal by client

Perform Visual Inspection on completed welds for the occurrence of Porosity, Cracks, Undercut, and Spatters prior to Non Destructive Testing..

Inspection of weld fit up, fabrication straightness, verticality, plumpness etc.

Reviewing of welding procedure, Witnessing of welder qualification.(WPS,PQR)

Controlling welding joints as per Isometric drawing requirement review the welding progress reports.

Reviewed welding and NDT records and prepared check-list for deviations

Preparation of test packages including weld map & weld traceability.

Directly reporting to the QA/QC Manager, for work progress and daily activities.

Ensuring implementation of QC Plan, Procedure and Inspection & Test plan.

Verify & check the Welders Qualification Record.

Documentation and recording of all testing activities, daily welding reports, weld repair rate, welders performance etc.

Conduct fit up inspection prior to full welding and ensure that only qualified welders are allowed to perform in accordance with the approved WPS
