Responsibilities:

Allocating hours daily for the truck drivers from the Mixtec system used to manage and track the where

about of the drivers.

This system was a LIVE PROGRAM, because of tracking the drivers.

I used to take daily reports for each fleet and breakdown all the reports that needed to be used to the depot manager.

I had to daily de-brief each trip sheets for each fleet number to make sure that there was no defects with the trucks and fines and if there were NO returns or

damaged stock returned by the supplier.

I also assisted the ladies from the accounts with filing and tonnages of each truck.

Daily performance checks had to be done on each fleet number. There was a fleet of 72 trucks at their Richards Bay branch.

A scoring report was printed daily to check if the driver was speeding or driving for more than 5 more without resting.

Responsibilities:

My duties of a Project Administrator at MDL was to free the Construction Manager to deal with people, technical and stakeholder management issues by taking care of the day to day administration of the project.

I had the responsibility of updating the Drawing Register and Issuing of Drawing to the designated contractor’s onsite for the project.
