Working experience :-

Currently working with the sharq village & spa by Ritz Carlton Doha Qatar as a chef de partie in banquet kitchen since 10/04/2016 to till now.

DUTY RESPONSBILITY:-

Delegating work with 2 Demi Chef de parties 5 commies and 2 trainees .

Checking the quality of the food which is made and which is stored in the Fridges.

In charge and taking care of House made Smoked Salmon and distributing to all the outlets.

In charge of food production maintain a high standard food preparation specified work with the instructions of sous chef.

Checking the temperature records and following up if any problems arise.

Maintaining the hygiene in the kitchen.

Training the staff with regards to the standards and procedures of the hotel and the department.

Reporting to CDC, taking responsibility in absence of sous chef.
