WORK PROFILE:

Hands On experience as a Maintenance Engineer in Calibration, Trouble Shooting, Installing, Commission, Loop Checking, JB Inspection, Control Panel Inspection, Control valves Stroke Checking, Utility package maintenance (Like Instrument Air Compressor, Nitrogen Plant and Flare systems), reviewing of P&IDs, Datasheets, cable schedules, installation drawings and other engineering documents. Calibration of all types of IInstruments.

and procedure.

* Calibration and Maintenance of gauge pressure, Absolute pressure, DP pressure

transmitter, level transmitter, Displacer type and capacitance types Ultra sonic

level and flow transmitter and temperate transmitter, flow transmitter, pressure

gauge types of bourdon and bellows, pressure switch, temp switch, temp gauge,

flow switch, level sensor, level gauge, level switch, DP gauge, limit switch,

solenoid valves, proximity switch, safety relief valves, RTD, TThermocouple.

* Demonstrated abilities to minimize break down during critical situation carried

out online modification by using technical skills.

* Hands on Experience of calibration, configuration, Maintenance and

commissioning of various types of pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters

and controller ( Pneumatic, Electronics, Smart field bbus.

* Yokogawa, Honeywell, Rosemount, ABB etc.

* Over hauling Maintenance and calibration of various types control valves (Fisher,

ABB, Rotork, Flowserve.)

* Well conversant in reading of various types of drawing likes P & ID Loop drawing,

ladder logic diagrams, hydraulic and pneumatic drawing etc.

* Knowledge in magnetic flow meter and secondary electronic flow converter

calibration and Maintenance.

* Handled test equipment’s like HART 475, Fluke Loop Calibrator, Voltage source

meter, Druck calibrator, Decade Box.

* Calibration and Maintenance experience on O2, So2 and Co2 Analyzer's.
