Working as an Electrical Engineer in Asian Fab Tech Limited (AFTL), 20MW Gowribidnur Project,Gowribidnur, Karnataka.

Aftl is a 20MW AC solar power project contains 07 Plots, 15 no’s 11KV breakers (RMU), 14 no’s 3.5MVA Transformers, 07 no’s Vijji make 1MW Inverters, 21 no’s SCB (String Combiner Boxes) and other misc items. Now we completed successfully 20MW out of 20MW and synchronized with 220kV KEB grid.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation and Maintenance

Overall Operation and Maintenance activities of supervision and monitoring at site.

Monitoring plant performance and checks for Equipment Healthiness (PV Modules,SCB,INVERTER,TRANSFORMER) as well as monitoring equipment’s like SCADA.

DGR Preparation with calculation.

Analyzing and implementing of PV system report on Daily Generations basis & update daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.

Submitting the Daily and monthly Operational and Maintenance records to management like Generation, Breakdown and analysis data.

Handling of module cleaning system & Grass cutting planning and coordination of activities at site.

Plan & Schedule Preventive & Corrective maintenance of all Equipment’s.

Ensure preventive maintenance of all installations at the plant and ensure compliance with regard to all Quality checks.

PROJECTS EXPERIENCE

My work scope contains DC Trench marking and excavation as per the drawing from DC field side(SCB) to Inverter side for DC cable laying work.70 mm sand bed layer work for DC cable laying, DC cable laying from SCB to individual inverters Positive and negative cables.

Making the 2nd layer sand bed up to 100mm and bricks layer work for cable protection work. 25*3 mm GI Earth strip laying work including the 50 mm overlap welding, Solar module earthling with 25x3 GI earth strip,16 sq.mm Cu cable. Laying the barricading tape and final backfilling work with route marker identification.

Glanding and termination of 240 sq.mm DC cable in SCB and Inverter side with cable continuity, Meggering work. Solar PV module 6 sq.mm string cable laying, Y harness and MC4 connector termination, module series connection, SCB side termination work.

HT cable laying work from 33KV switchyard breaker to RMU and RMU to 3.5MVA Transformer with end termination and straight through joints.

Inverter’s room Grid Earthing, making of individual earth pit for inverters, control cable Glanding, termination and commissioning work for Inverters, ACDB panels, RMU, Transformers.

Assistance in Testing, Precommissioning, commissioning work for Inverters, Transformers, RMU panels, Assistance in PV field charging with one by one SCB and power evacuation from Inverter to Transformer.

MCR panel erection work like 11,33 KV switchgear panels, ACDB, DCDB, Battery, Battery charger, Assistance in transformer oil filtration, Air cell commissioning work, Punch point clearance work for charging work.

Ensure the voltage level of each module with series connection of various PV modules like Premier solar (315W, 325W,330w,350w,355w).

Daily proper maintain all electrical equipments checklist, daily and monthly report and documentation work. Experience in working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. Possesses strong inter-personal and leadership skills.

PREVIOUS WORKING EXPERIENCE:

Worked as Electrical Engineer in Pennar Solar limited, under Adani Green Energy Ltd, Madhuvanahall – Kaarnataka.

Adani is a 100MW AC solar power project contains 20 Plots, 55 no’s 11KV breakers, 5MVA Transformers, 20 no’s T&R make 43KW String Inverters, 2320 no’s ACCB (AC Combiner Boxes) and other misc items. Now we completed successfully 100MW out of 100MW and synchronized with 220Kv KEB grid.

Duration: June’17 to May’18

Worked as Project Engineer in Perinnial Power Projects Ltd,under Greenko Energy ltd, 25 Mw out of 1000 Mw Plant Kurnool.

22 MW KARV Solar Plant, Hyderabad.

3MW SPARKMEN Solar Plant, Hyderabad.

Duration: April’16 to may’17

Worked as Electrical Engineer at Sky Infra, Hyderabad.

Lighting poles Erection and underground cable laying works and panel board designing and erection.

Maintenance, operation and testing of 33/11 KV Substation equipment like Circuit Breakers, Isolators, Power Transformers and Power Cables.

Attend shutdowns to the work on power transformers, Circuit Breakers, 11KV Feeder panels for testing and maintenance works.

Duration: August’14 to March’16

Conducting QA/QC Audit for ongoing site works & Client, Vendor’s document QC verification and QA/QC approval.

Practical knowledge of Cable Laying/ Trays/ Instrument Panels/Junction Box Erection works

Experience in Field Engineering / Estimation of recourses (Manpower / Materials / Duration)

Subcontract management, Planning /control/monitoring of jobs

Material control / identifying short / damaged / supply items.

Supporting all the activities related to Health, Safety and Environment policy of the Organization.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

B.E in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from AVR&SVR college of Engineering and Technology at 2014 (Affiliated to Jntu Ananthapur University) with 70.13%, Kurnool.

Intermediate with 66.5% from SRI SIVA SAI Jr college,NANDYAL at 2010 (Affiliated to Board of Secondary Education AP).

SSC with 72.6% from Zilla Parisat High School,DEEBAGUNTLA (Affiliated to AP Matriculation Board) at 2008.
