RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Providing Site Safety induction training to the new employees or visitors coming to the site.
Check all STARRT card prior to start their work.
Check the permit also make sure the work area is safe.
Advice for Adequate precaution and implement them.
Provide safe Access & Egress. The availability signage of appropriate their work.
Make sure Evacuation Route and Fire exit route signage on place and without obstruction & appropriate illumination.
Ensure timely 3rd party inspection of lifting gears & tackles and lifting machines are done.
Ensure all appropriate 3rd part personal certificates are done.
Check and identification of location sketch when doing excavation for avoid tapping.
Stop unsafe act, unsafe condition & give them brief regarding their work.
Report issues to the concerned department rectify the issues.
Conduct health and safety revision.
Make sure all welfare facilities.
Make sure rescue equipment put in place.
Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment's are provided.
Make sure scaffolding safety monitoring and inspecting ladders periodically.

Report investigate and find out the route-cause accident and incident happened at site and rectify them.
