Working in pressure vessels, heat exchanger (De-orderiser, Filters, Bleacher Reactor, Oil tank, Scrapper vessel, Column, Shell & Tube Steam Superheater) manufacturing plant and inward inspection activity in accordance with ASME section VIII Div. 1
Checking raw material inspection of various metallurgies such as (M.S. & S.S. Flanges, Elbow, Reducer, Barrel Nipple, Plates, Structural (Angle, Channel) (SA-240- 304,316,IS:2062 Gr.A/B), Pipes (IS:1239, IS:3589, SA-312-304L, 316L, SA-106 Gr. B etc.)
Checking Ball valve raw material test certificates
Review material test certificate of Plates, pipes, flanges, fittings (A240, A312, IS 2062, SA106 SA105 & SA-234 grades)
Involved in checking of fabrication activities such as Nozzle set up, shell to dish end set up of vessel and prepare set up reports

In process improvement and quality control of operations like tube bending, critical tube bending orientation, on layout inspection on tube bending.
Checking bending ovality, thickness as per IBR & ASME code, ball pass in bend tube, wrinkles, flatness.
Checking tube to tube set up on panel, tube or pipe.
Checking tube to header set up on panel & harp.

Checking welding defects during inspection of fillet joint, & butt joint (weld size, Reinforcement, under cut, ball pass etc).
Final inspection of panel as per drawing (total length, width, panel bow, straightness, attachments as per drawing).
