Roles and Responsibilities

Team oversight for PCSC PDC resources supporting multiple projects on a run phase environment using Microsoft Project 2010 as primary tool.

QA and review on scheduled deliverables and reports produced by the offshore team to be submitted to onshore clients, stakeholders and PM’s.

Drives the weekly Offshore management meeting and provides updates on the projects assigned to PCSC PDC team covering risk and issue management, resource capacity planning and tracking of backlogs.

Monitoring of OLA’s and SLA’s for tickets assigned to my team, ensuring all prescribed SLA’s are met.

Generates Portfolio Summary and individual metric reports thru SSRS, provides analysis and interprets SPI, CPI, Earned value and all necessary outputs of each metrics.
