Current Company profile:

Wear Engineering is an Indian company specialising in the field of wear resistant solutions. We manufacture wear parts after studying clients needs and our solutions are proven in industry today.

Started with a facility for production of wear plates and now have capacity to provide upto 2000 Square meter of wear plates every month. We can manufacture plates according to your wear resistant needs which will be optimum. We manufacture Chromium carbide wear plates using our own developed extra High Deposit process whereby we can add more alloying elements per square meter of the plate as compared to other processes. Thereby increasing the wear resistance of our plates as compared to any other plates present in the market. Key Responsibilities:

Development of various grade fluxes which can get hardness from 55-70 HRC.

Work on to make slim thick wear plate with high chemistry and more abrasion value as now less weight is recommended for low weight of the component. Also to develop complex carbide fluxes considering application like

erosion/abrasion/impact/temperature etc…

Study on how to improve primary M7C3 carbides.

Day to day inspection of manufactured wear plate like, visual inspection, dimensionally inspection, mechanical, chemical and micro testing, ASTM G65 test analysis and comparison of chromium/complex carbide plates of various grade along

with mild steel/SS etc.

Quality assurance and quality checking before dispatch, maintain records as per ISO standards like dimension report, hardness report, chemical report, abrasion test report,

CAPA, etc.

Also work in coordination with national and international clients for understanding their quality parameters. Comparison of life of our wear plate with our competitors and case study of how to improve ourself. Visit to various cement industry, power industry, batch mixers for discussion with technical persons for order inquiry.

Handling totally ferro alloys raw material purchase, negotiation with vendor, inspection in third party lab for cross checking with vendor TC also vendor development work to create new vendor who has best quality raw materials with full of transparency.
