DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform material verification inspection and prepare for material inspection report.

Review and verification of material certificates and stamp transfer.

Review the Inspection test plan, welding procedures and welders qualifications.

Review and verifying the shop drawing for critical joints and dimensions before start Fit-up activities.

Monitoring the making of weld joint preparation, preheat, consumable storage, baking Using and handling of fabrication tools and material

To perform fit-up inspection in accordance with shop drawing, client specification, standards and WPS.

Assure all piping fabrication and handling of fabricated spools and installation are in accordance with general arrangement and isometric drawings/ projects specification.

Verifying the weld joint preparation, joint visual dimensional before release to welding

Review and verify the WPS & PQR for welding work

Monitoring the welding activities to maintain the welding parameters as per WPS.

To cross verifying the welder qualification during welding for appropriate weld joint

To perform visual inspection in accordance with company procedure, client specification, standards and WPS

Verifying the NDT requirement of all weld joints in accordance with ITP, client specification and standards.

Monitoring follow up weld repair,NCR,WDR excavation works

To record all relevant inspection activities and prepare the reports as per ITP stages

Daily / weekly / monthly reporting of QA/QC activities to project management and client.

Taking timely action to satisfy project management team and project management consultant in QA/QC related issues,

Planning work execution as per work vender specification/ requirements & work target.
