A)KL118 TOWER(Merdeka PNB 118), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

KL118 tower is a 118-storey mega tall structure under construction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The scope of EVERSENDAI in this tall structure is connection design.

1.Connection design for steel floor beam to steel column (temporary column) encased in concrete column (Both permanent and temporary condition). (This concept name is ‘MMDS’. This is not technical name. Due to increase the construction speed this new concept is derived).

2.Connection design for steel column embed in concrete column (Both permanent and temporary condition).

3.Connection design for steel to steel floor beams and steel floor beams to belt truss arrangement (Under permanent condition).

4.Connection design for steel floor beams to Belt truss column encased in concrete column under temporary condition (Asked from site due to increase the construction speed).

5.Connection design for crane supporting temporary tower.

B)THE TRX EXCHANGE, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The TRX EXCHANGE is a wide structure carries mall, theatres etc. The scope of EVERSENDAI in this structure is Erection Engineering.

1.Check the crane capacity to erect the components of structure.

2.Plan the erection sequences based on site condition, splice location and stability. The stability of each and every sequences is analyzed using STAAD pro.

3.Analysis and design of Temporary tower and spreader beams to support the main structure under temporary condition using STAAD pro.

4.Connection design for temporary tower and spreader beams.

5.De-propping the temporary tower from the main structure using Hydraulic jack.

C)TENDER PROJECTS

1.Analysis and design of mall (6 floors) rest in existing structure using E-Tabs software.

2.Analysis and design of DLF Gurgaon car parking building (G+3).
