My Responsibilities & Job Profiles:

Working as a MEP Site Engineer (CQRA, Hyderabad) from (JULY 2019-Till Date) 1. Inspecting materials prior to installation to avoid non-conformity 2. Ensure proper installations are done as per the approved design drawings and project specifications.

3. Inspecting installations, Pre commissioning & commissioning of MEP Systems. 4. Preparation of inspection test plan & procedures complying the project requirements. 5. Ensuring the quality of job during process & installation. 6. Request for inspection to witness by client

7. Preparing/collecting supporting documents for inspections. 8. Reporting QC /NCRs issue to project management. 9. Preparation of quality records.

10. Checking the refrigerant piping and duct materials as per relevant codes and standard specifications.

11. Supervise and make quality assurance on the installation, testing & commissioning of MEP system.

12. Inspection of MEP work according to relevant quality standards. 13. Making awareness about QA/QC procedures to site construction team 14. Verifying the equipment’s/materials as per approved submittals 15. Preparation/issuance of NCR for the disapproved/non-standard material & job in the inspection and course of NCR’S

Sound knowledge in erection and Testing and commissioning of MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) and FPS system in line with DEWA specification inclusive of Water mist system and Aspiration system.

2. Thorough coordination with Contractor and follow up with their design team to get approval of drawing and implementing the same in site, processing the job according to client requirements 3. Sincere follow up on raising RFIs and following ITP & Check list as per DEWA requirements. 4. Preparation of Daily reports and sending them to DEWA 5. Regular and timely follow up with subcontractors for receipt of material in time. 6. Coordinating with civil team to get the clearance for MEP & FPS jobs and handover to Electrical team in time.

7. Coordinating with DEWA TED & TCD engineer for material inspections and installation inspections and clearance.

8. Monitoring the project status according to the plan and report the results 9. Following installation check list for FPS (Firefighting, Aspiration, Nitrogen, Water Mist, Pumps installation along with controllers, fire alarm system, Fire Hydrant etc.,) 10. Monitoring installation works on daily basis as per approved RFC drawings. 11. Marking up all RFC drawings and following up for as Built. Worked as a MEP Site Engineer in India from (2011-2015) My Responsibilities & Job Profiles:

Look into the fabrication of ducting, insulations, and installations of machines and fixing of grills / diffusers, filters in Ahu’s, Air terminals filters (Hepa filters), Magnehelic gauges for Ahu and clean room panels.

Ensures a smooth installation work such as Compressors, Evaporators, Condenser, Electrical Panels, all pipe lines and controls as per drawings.

Makes a change in drawings if required according to site conditions.

Maintaining direct relationship with customers and other contractors regarding site issues.

Responsible for recommending the type of equipment to be installed, as well as be involved in the actual design and installation of the equipment.

Supervision of installation of HVAC & Clean room panels.

Worked on Ahu’s, chilled water systems, DX-systems, chillers.
