Perform clerical duties - emailing, responding to telephone calls and receiving deliveries,
Overseeing office activities - including scheduling, budgeting on allocated petty cash allowance, forecasting, record maintenance, and purchasing
Reconcile financial discrepancies (TDR) by collecting and analyzing account information
