Letter of recommendation

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Tony Seastrong because I was his Maintenance Supervisor for almost 3 years and during that time Tony was the foreman of the rest of the crew. Before Tony became foreman or lead man on the shift, I was working with him in maintenance for several years and he gathered quite knowledge of the mechanical workings of the plant. Tony also worked in production for several years and is quite knowledgeable in that area also. Tony assumed the role of the electrician on our shift as well and was quickly learning how to trouble shoot 3 phase motors, starters, PLC’S, and digital controllers. When I was on vacation, he filled in for me as supervisor and Lead the team in the right direction.
