• Setting up of lab with necessary equipment’s.

• Preparation of field quality Plan at site as per site requirement.

• Arrange / Establish Concrete Mix design at site.

• Preparation of Method Statement of site activity.

• Arrange/Update calibration of test equipment’s and Batching plant.

• Considerable knowledge in IS Codes, ASTM and BS EN codes.

• Conduct Routine material testing as per field quality plan/Technical spec and keeping /maintaining all the documents as per the standards.

• Lab Testing Details:- Testing of all bulk materials used in structure Such, Coarse and Fine Aggregate, Cement, R/F Steel, Admixture, Concrete, Soil, Clay Bricks, Shuttering Plywood.

• Durability testing on Concrete Such, UPV test, Rebound Hammer test, Water Permeability test, RCP test, Carbonation test of concrete, Establish and Measure Control in design Mix as per climate effect, Ice Concrete, PQC Concrete, and Free flow concrete as per IS / ASTM method.

• Quality control at site:- Sound experience in Finishes activity Such, 1) Water proofing of toiler floors, Terrace / roof area, Tunnel base, Reservoir base area, External plastered wall, Podium area.

2) ACP Cladding, Terracotta Cladding, Granite Cladding, HPL Cladding, Black Lime Cladding, External glazing.

3) Block / Brickwork and Plastering work,

4) Flooring work Such, Ceramic tile, Vitrified tile, Cota stone, Granite, Marble floor, In situ Terrazzo, Thermatech, IPS floor, Metallic and Non Metallic Epoxy floor, Tre mix floor

(VDF), PUF insulation.

5) Various type of False ceiling, False flooring, False partition work, Internal and External wall POP / Putty punning and painting work.

6) Other site activities Such, In situ Bore pile and Precast pile casting and Driving, Vertical/pull out/lateral/ Load Testing of Pile and PIT test, Plate Load Test of Soil, Testing of Drilling Mud/Polymar, Grouting work.
